We are continuously in need of the following:

Security / Lady Guards

  • Male/Female, 18 to 35 years old
  • With a Valid Security/Lady Guard License
  • Candidates must at least be a High School Graduate, Bachelor's/College Degree is an edge
  • At least 5'6" in height (males) 5'4" (females)
  • With at least 1 year experience as guard
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
  • Has a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Willing to be assigned in any area
  • Physically fit

Security Officers

  • Male, 25 to 45 years old
  • Graduate of any four year course leading to military services
  • With a Valid Security Officer License
  • With extensive knowledge and experience in security operations
  • Familiarity and expertise on investigation management, security personnel administration and control
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
  • Has a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Willing to be assigned in any area
  • Physically fit

  • GKE / Opening & Closing Report
  • Training / Firing Certificate
  • Police , Barangay , DI, NBI Clearance
  • High School/ College Diploma/ Transcript of Records
  • Employment Certificate
  • Medical Certificate
  • Neuro Psychiatric Evaluation
  • Drug Test Result
  • SSS, Philhealth, Tax Identification No.
  • 2 pcs 2" x 2" I.D. Photo (in complete SG/LG Uniform or Barong for SOs and PAs)
  • 2 pcs 1" x 1" I.D. Photo (in complete SG/LG Uniform or Barong for SOs and PAs)

Application Process

Fill out the Application Form provided at the W4 Alliance Security Agency, Inc. Information; make sure to be concise as possible.

Completed application forms together with the pre-employment requirements are submitted to HR for initial review, screening and interview.

Once all necessary documents are submitted, an in-depth background investigation will be conducted for each applicant.

Once they have passed the initial screening, each applicant will then be provided with an orientation on the basic duties and responsibilities together with the company policies.

After the orientation, each applicant will be sent to the Operations Division for pre-deployment interview and briefing prior to actual deployment.

Upon the client's request, the Monitoring Inspector in-charge will escort the guard applicant to the said client for acceptance interview.

An Endorsement Letter, Mission Order, and Duty Detail Order will be issued by the agency once the applicant has been duly accepted to by the client.
